The LeaderShop's Mission is to empower youth to become community minded individuals through diverse programs that foster confidence, knowledge and leadership. For 45 years, The LeaderShop has been serving youth from kindergarten through grade 12. We also work with adult mentors, who are paired with a youth mentee who could benefit from additional role models in their life.
