The Minty Organization is a non- profit that produces an annual Tony Awards-style award show to honor the students and programs of Staten Island high school musical theater programs. In addition to recognition, students receive scholarships and theater programs win grants. To fund these donations and the cost to produce the awards night event , the Minty Organization holds an annual gala that honors local educators, alumni and supporters of Staten Island high school theater arts.
