The mission of The Pablove Foundation is to invest in underfunded, cutting-edge pediatric cancer research, and improve the lives of kids with cancer through the arts.
Pablove is named after Pablo, a little boy who lost his valiant battle with Wilms Tumor, a rare childhood cancer, at the age of 6.
Since 2011, Pablove has been a beacon of hope and healing in the pediatric cancer landscape.
Pablove Shutterbugs, our healing arts programs, teach photography to children and teens with cancer across the country. Shutterbugs classes are offered to kids with cancer both in-person and virtually, including in-hospital.
Every child who participates in Shutterbugs receives their own camera kit, (which they get to keep) plus lessons, equipment, and field trips – all provided at no cost to cancer families.
Powered by Pablove, our research grants program, provides funding to emerging scientsts studying safer, less-toxic treatments and cures. We have invested over $3.8M to researchers across the US, and are driving forward innovative solutions to give children a better chance of not just surviving cancer, but growing into healthy, happy adults.
