The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.

In Allentown, we provide safety-net services to ensure that the basic necessities of life are available for those in need.  Programs and services of food, shelter, clothing, utility assistance, and toys for children at Christmas.  Community partnerships and funded programs provide a crucial safety net for vulnerable populations to quickly access help and receive the necessary support to help them have a better quality of life, both now and in the future.
