Shine works with several schools across central Massachusetts to give presentations on Mental Health Literacy, Suicide Awareness, and Wellness & Self Care to middle and high school students. We also help schools to set up "Mind Matters" teams, which are essentially clubs intended to give students a space to discuss mental health or stress, have a safe space with a trusted adult adviser, and share self-care and wellness tips amongst students.
