The Sophia Valsamos Foundations' mission is to empower young people to take a stand against bullying, find support around challenges, and embrace each other's differences.
We provide programming for youth, educate adults on how to recognize the signs of a youth in crisis and provide schools with tools to use in conjunction with their social and emotional learning curriculm.
