We are a non-profit with a mission to create a safe place of belonging where women find support, encouragement, and resources- all while their children grow alongside them a window away.
We partner with 11 other non-profit organizations bringing women out of domestic violence, trafficking, crisis pregnancy, foster youth, and more. These survivor women get to bring their kids to The Well and work, get back on their feet, etc. while their kids are fully taken care of, on scholarship.
This is a place for women to get work done with no distractions, a place to achieve your goals. Your career doesn’t have to be put on pause when you have babies. You don’t have to spend more than half your salary on traditional daycare. And best of all, you don’t have to feel alone in all of it.
We provide exceptional care and programs for children through our on-site kids program, Little Wellies. While you work, your children play and learn right next door. Leave your mom-guilt at the door, come work with us and rest assured your kids are safe, learning, growing, and having an absolute blast.
