We are raising funds to assist our community healthworkers fulfill our core mission to address the socio-economic barriers to high quality health care that affects our patients and communities. The funds will be used to address food insecurity, homelessness poverty transportation issues, access to health education & more.
Funds are used from raffle fund raiser to reach children for backpacks for school & supplies. Turkeys given with sides for a Christmas Dinner to the community.
