Thrive AZ is a non-profit organization that works in foster care prevention, reunification, and aged-out. Our mission is to provide hope and resources for at risk families and aged out young adults so that they can thrive. We do this by donating items such as beds, couches, fridges, dressers, tables, etc. to families that have an open DCS case. Additionally, we have a transitional housing program for aged out young adults, ages 18-24. This is a year long program, where the young adults live on property, and are given support and resources to reach their goals, to help transition them into adulthood.
