Tice Creek PTA serves Tice Creek School, the newest elementary school in the Walnut Creek School District. Tice Creek School, the District's only K-8 school, opened its doors in August 2015. Tice Creek PTA was established in September 2015 and is a member of the 32nd District and Las Trampas Creek Council.
Tice Creek PTA is comprised of an Executive Board and a general membership. Executive Board meetings are closed-session meetings held on the second Monday of every month. General Association meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month and are open to the entire Tice Creek community, regardless of PTA membership. However, to vote at meetings, attendees must be PTA members. We encourage all parents to attend Association meetings, where issues pertinent to your child's educational experience are discussed.
​What We Do
Tice Creek PTA is a huge contributor to all of the extras that make a good school great. We are responsible for Spirit Wear, After School Enrichment, School Newsletter (eNews), Teacher Appreciation Week, the parent directory, parent education, Family Fun Nights, Health and Safety, community-building events, school clubs (Walking Club), fundraisers, school volunteer needs, supplemental classroom support, enrichment add-ons for the school, and much more.
