Timber Creek Project Graduation, Inc. (501c3) helpS us fund Timber Creek High School Project Graduation 2022. How did Project Graduation get started? From the need to change the statistics; a group of parents in Portland, ME created Project Graduation which is now nationally recognized program. They came up with this idea due to the Department of Transportation published results showing almost 3,000 teens between the ages of 16-19 lose their life in automobile accidents annually. Alcohol consumption is implicated in 33% of those deaths. On graduation night, the number of fatalities rises to 40%. It is the mission of TCHS Project Graduation to provide every senior at Timber Creek High School the opportunity to participate in a graduation celebration that is in a safe, alcohol and drug-free environment.
