Forty-five years ago, three visionaries recognized the critical need for work readiness training and education for people with disabilities, paving a pathway to equitable opportunities for meaningful employment. In that time, Tommy Nobis Center has helped more than 32,000 people with disabilities find professional success, providing impactful services through engagement and partnerships with community leaders and advocates like you. Our mission is to empower people with disabilities through employment. We have our EYES program which serves 14-21 year olds with disabilites, adult services in which we try to find job placements for adults with disabilties, and our new program, The Academy, which will provide education and then employment to those who recently graduated from high school.
