At Top City Promise, our mission is to offer hope and support to refugees by providing them with a safe place to live in Topeka, Kansas and surrounding areas, and connecting them with the necessary resources to establish a new life. We are dedicated to fostering a welcoming community that embraces diversity, promotes integration, and empowers refugees to thrive as they rebuild their lives.
