We are writing on behalf of the Torey J. Sabatini Elementary School (TJS) PTO to request a donation for our annual Spring Social event. The TJS PTO is a volunteer parent organization committed to enriching the experience of the students and faculty of Torey J. Sabatini elementary school in Madison. Our Spring Social is our largest fundraiser for the year and is typically attended by over 100 parents from our local community. At this event, we auction off services, products and gift cards from local Madison and surrounding area businesses. The event proceeds are used to support our educational enrichment, art appreciation, family events and other programming to round out our children’s educational development.
We greatly appreciate your generous contribution to this event last year. We raised over $25,000 at the event, which helped us make the following enhancements at TJS: make playground upgrades including new soccer goals and basketball hoops and a gaga pit, sponsor field day events and cultural art assemblies, provide acts of teacher appreciation, host an author visit, and participate in a school-wide family book reading experience of Charlotte’s Web.
