According to that ruling “all educational, charitable and religious institutions operated, supervised, or Controlled by our in connection with the Roman Catholic Church in the United States…(and) appearing in the Official Catholic Directory” are 501(C)(3) organizations. An entry for Totino-Grace High School appears in the most recent Official Catholic Directory. As a potential donor, it may be helpful to you to know that all contributions to Totino-Grace and other 501(C)(3) nonprofit organizations are deductible for federal income, gift and estate tax purposes as provided by the Internal Revenue Code.
