The mission of Travelers Aid is “providing connections and solutions that prevent or address crisis.” We provide access to critical services—with transportation assistance as the
unifying element in all services we provide—for those who have no other means to reach them.
Travelers Aid also provides Information and Referral services as well as limited crisis assistance to visitors to the San Diego Region. We began providing service to San Diego in 1901, incorporating as a 501(c)3 in 1914.
