Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) strives to unite and strengthen communities by training, developing and highlighting the role models who lead them.  We are a veteran service organization that empowers veterans and survivors to serve as the catalyst for character development in future generations.  We accomplish this critical mission through facilitation of our Character Does Matter curriculum.  Along with inspiring young people to live a life of character, we also unite communities through our Operation Legacy Service Projects, Expeditions and Spartain Leadership Programs.  Our latest accomplishment comes through the delivery of our personal and professional development course called Leading With Your Strengths.  This 2-hour session helps professionals identify their character strengths, and then shows them how to leverage those strenths at home, at work and in the community.  Finally, we "honor the fallen by challenging the living" through a few of our athletic events, the 9/11 Heroes Run, Joggin' for Frogmen and Manion WOD.
