Tri-County Opportunities Council's Mission is to investigate the impact of poverty throughout our nine-county service area and to work in partnership with individuals, families, and the communities we serve to provide opportunities that support the movement towards stability and self-sufficiency. Last year we had 499 children receive educational and supportive services in our Early Head Start and Head Start program. Our Food Pantry provided 2,865 households and 5,854 individuals with emergency food assistance. We provided 1,089 individuals with outreach services.
