Trilogy is a nonprofit behavioral healthcare organization with over 50 years of experience serving people with serious mental illness in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Trilogy’s mission is to provide comprehensive integrated care that enables people in mental health recovery to build meaningful, independent lives.

Last year Trilogy served over 3,600 individuals through our comprehensive array of high-quality, effective services for people living with schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders, bipolar disorders, depression, and other significant mental illnesses. Trilogy actively connects people to integrated resources that, due to the barriers of mental illness and socioeconomic status, they would not otherwise have access to.

Our comprehensive array of programs and ease of intake maximize accessibility and break down barriers to care. Treatment is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and centers the experiences of the individual to maximize positive outcomes. Recovery and well-being mean something different to each of the 3,600 people we serve. We work alongside each individual, empowering them to not just participate in their recovery but to define and guide it. Our programs include intensive community outreach, recovery services, Consent Decree to transition people from nursing homes, supported living, supported employment, mobile crisis response unit, integrated health (psychology, occupational therapy and general practice healthcare clinic), a drop-in center, and more.
