Turning Point Alcohol & Drug Education Program, Inc., (TURNING POINT), a community-based 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization devoted to making a difference in minority communities of Los Angeles. Our program offers services to vulnerable populations help reduce barriers related to alcohol and/or other drug abuse problems, primarily to those who are uninsured or underinsured. We help assist and prepare participants in—re-establishing and developing functional life and family skills, self-awareness, community relationships, and sufficient job preparation—without the use of addictive substances.
