To whom it might concern,

 

The Twinbrook ES PTA is currently seeking donations for our upcoming Fun Run scheduled for October 22, 2021. A great, healthy alternative to traditional fundraisers, the Fun Run will be our PTA’s biggest fundraiser this year. Children will ask for a donation from family and friends and win fun prizes as an incentive. All proceeds go toward the school’s field trips for the year.

 

To help make our Fun Run a success, we are asking businesses such as yourself, to help us by donating prizes, such as a gift card, for the children. Students bringing in donations will be entered into a weekly raffle for the donated items.

 

We will thank you on our website, newsletter, and on our listserv informing our community about your donation.

 

Twinbrook PTA is a non-profit organization.  Donations are tax-deductible under IRS Section 501(c)3. Our federal ID number is 52-6070589. We are grateful for all contributions made to help our school and our kids.
