Mission: Tyler's House is a non-profit foundation, whose mission is to support Maricopa County home owners in need of emergency home repairs.

Population: 

1. Homeowners in: Glendale, Peoria, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Goodyear, El Mirage, Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West & surrounding areas in Arizona (Including Low-Income Families (TANF), Families Fostering Children, Low-Income Residents, Seniors with a Fixed Income & Individuals with chronic illness or disability.)

2. Have a home repair need that significantly affects overall well-being and safety, including social determinants of health. Examples include: Unsafe Electrical, a broken A/C, a home without a working shower or toilet, etc.

 
3. Must show an inability to cover the cost. (Up to 150% of FPL)

How:

Tyler's House partners with reputable, skilled & generous contractors who agree to complete the repairs at a significantly discounted rate which allows donations to spread even farther.
