Since 1979, U.M. ARMY (United in Mission, Action Reach-out Ministry by Youth) has transformed the lives of students through week-long mission trips serving low-income, elderly and disabled residents, while making a noticeable impact on the communities served. The leadership skills developed has been truly transformational in the lives of youth and young adults.
U.M. ARMY programs support low-income, seniors, and disabled community members through providing home repair and maintenance to those who are physically or financially unable to make needed repairs themselves. This summer, we will be doing mission work in Hartford, CT, Centerport, NY, Trucksville, PA, and Hampton, NH.
