Under Patrick’s Wings is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to give back to our community and provide support to families that are grieving from child loss.
On February 3, 2019, our son Patrick passed away from heart failure due to complications from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Patrick brought so much joy to our family and all who met him. He will forever be in our hearts.
After this tremendous loss, we wanted to find a way to turn this tragedy into a positive legacy for Patrick. We decided to start a nonprofit to support other families grieving from child loss. Child loss is one of the hardest experiences anyone can go through, but we hope that our support will make an impact on other families during their difficult time. Our programs include but are not limited to memory boxes, financial assistance towards grief therapy and meals for families in our community.
