The Unionville High School Rowing CLub serves the students of the Unionville-Chaddsford School District.  The club was orgainzed to introduce youing men and women to the sport of crew, so that our athletes could learn the value of hard work and understand the gifts and lessons that can be found in the pursuit of excellence.  As a booster club our sole purpose is to enhance our athlete's experience while learning and engaging in the sport of crew.  

We train men and women athletes in grades 9 thru 12 to become competitive rowers and coxswains in "crew".  Our team of over 75 students and 4 coaches, consists of both Novice and Varsity athletes.  Our athletes participate in national and regional competitive regattas, most of which occur on the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia with others in New Jerey, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. 

As a varsity club sport, we are not funded by school athletic funds.  Aside from student fees, we depend primarily on regular fundraising events to help support our athletes and the need for additional rowing equipment and coaches.
