The mission of the Unitarian Society of New Haven is to strive to be "a diverse multigenerational faith community that inspires lives of compassion and generosity, nurtures spiritual growth, cultivates transformative connections, and creates a more just world."

For more than 70 years, our congregation has been committed to working for social justice and supporting the most vulnerable in the greater New Haven community. We have partnered with high-impact community groups that address homelessness, hunger, mental health, at-risk youth, and anti-racism. Through these partnerships, our reach extends beyond the congregation itself, deeply into the wider community.
