United Health Services promotes the vitality of individual lives through education, direct services, and advocacy. We have programs including The Diabetes Resource, Race to Save Lives, Covering Kids & Families, Community Services with All Deaf, and the Breast and Cervical Cancer programs. Originally, we were seperate organizations that merged together to save in administrative costs and overhead. This allows the over 10,000 clients we serve annual to access all of our programs more efficently. The program we are requesting support for disseminates free life-saving insulin and diabetes testing supplies to at-risk community members. We then enoll them in programs to sustain their medical needs.
