The United Way of the Great River Region unites people and resources to build a stronger community. Our three main focuses are health, education, and financial stability. We support three in three states, which are Lee County, Iowa; Hancock County, Illinois; and Clark County, Missouri. Locally, we provide help to 18 organizations, such as Advocacy Network for Children, Food Pantries, Domestic Violence Intervention Program, Boy's and Girl Scouts programs, and so much more. Our golf outing is one of two fundraisers we have each year that helps raise funds to support our local organizations. We would use your donation in a silent auction, which typically raises about 10 to 20 percent of all funds raised for the golf outing.
