The University of New Hampshire at Manchester's Mission:
The University of New Hampshire is the state’s public research university, providing comprehensive, high-quality undergraduate programs and graduate programs of distinction. Its primary purpose is learning: students collaborating with faculty in teaching, research, creative expression, and service.
At UNH Manchester, our mission is to provide a world-class UNH education and diploma to students in southern New Hampshire. Bringing together career-driven programs, faculty talent, and a focus on experiential learning, we prepare students for success in their chosen field — and connect them to the wealth of opportunities in the region.
The Office of Student Engagement:
"We foster holistic student growth, development, and success through a variety of student programming.
Our student engagement and transitional programs empower students to:

- Participate in health and wellness workshops, conferences, and lectures
- Connect with peer educators in the classroom and on campus
- Discover resources and create a community in Transition Seminars
- Join co-curricular activities and get involved with programming events on campus and in the greater Manchester Community
