Upturn​ ​Arts​ ​is​ ​a​ ​fun​ ​and​ ​creative​ ​program​ ​that​ ​teaches​ ​children​ ​from​ ​the​ ​New Orleans​ ​community​ ​to​ ​​explore​ ​and​ ​​build​ ​confidence​ ​in​ ​themselves​ ​as​ ​artists. Through our creARTive grant program we're able to provide financial aid to low and middle income families to attend our onsite and offsite programs which include: our year-round camp sessions, our school partnerships, teen leadership program, and our creARTive staffing agency geared toward professional development. Year to Date, UA has awarded over $100,000 worth of scholarships to NOLA youth.
