Our organization was created to help supply veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury, and military sexual trauma, the best quality service dogs.
V.E.T. Service Dogs, NFP is a 501(c)(3) veteran service organization that provides service dogs and full support to veterans that have been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress injury, traumatic brain injury, and military sexual trauma. Our services are provided at no cost to the veteran. Each dog is specifically trained to meet each veteran’s individual needs. We are all volunteers, and no one is paid. All funds raised by our organization go directly back to the operations of V.E.T. Service Dogs, NFP.
Our training center, found in Lyons, IL, houses our puppies during their initial training until they get matched with their veteran. The center is also used for ongoing joint training sessions with the veteran their service dog after they are matched.
V.E.T. has been serving our veteran community since 2017 with more than 50+ veterans completing the program and receiving life-changing service dogs. With your help we can continue helping our U.S. Military Veterans for years to come.
