Vallejo Choral Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit performing arts organization whose mission is to foster a vibrant, diverse, and interactive choral community, educate our singers and audiences, and extend our reach to youth through our Campanelli Children's Choir.

Vallejo Choral Society is a premier non-auditioned symphonic choir with a commitment to excellence. In good times, we produce outstanding concerts and give our singers opportunities to perform choral masterpieces alongside the finest instrumentalists the San Francisco Bay Area has to offer. In tough times, we keep our extended choral community united, inspired, singing, and learning through virtual programming.

During the height of the COVID Pandemic, VCS launched our 103rd season with a unique 13-week virtual program expertly crafted and presented by VCS Artistic Director Derek Tam. The program culminated in a live-streamed finale concert of J.S. Bach’s Mass in B Minor. Then after our popular series of clinician-led virtual choral workshops, VCS concluded the season with a three-month virtual program featuring Handel's Israel in Egypt.

Now in our 104th season, Vallejo Choral Society has made a triumphant return to live performance with December concerts featuring Britten’s A Ceremony of Carols. In March we’ll host a special concert and gala, Songs of Flight, and in May we will deliver concerts featuring Carl Orff ’s epic cantata Carmina Burana.
