Valley Center for the Blind supports, trains, and employs people who are blind or have low vision. We provide services such as training in assistive technology, orientation and mobility, independent living skills, braille, employment services, and social recreation for people who are blind or have low vision across the counties of Madera, Fresno, Kings, Tulare, and Kern.
