The VCPA is a an organization that helps young ladies go to college. We sponsor a scholarship pageant that the young ladies participates in. The Miss Valley Center Pageant seeks out young women to serve as ambassadors for our community. We have many fundraisers throughout the years. We give out 8 scholarships each year.
