Hello.  Ventura County Bomberos was created by local firefighters from Ventura County Fire Department with the main purpose of helping people reach their goal of pursuing a career in the fire service through scholarships for specialized training.  Usually the financial obligation is what makes it difficult for someone to further themselves in the preparation for this career.  We believe there are plenty of deserving individuals in our community who could use our assistance to get the education they need from our local college where the training is offered.
