Vets R Us, Inc. provides outdoor therapy opportunities such as hunting, fishing, whitewater rafting, atv/utv riding, etc. to veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and national guard. Research has shown that time in the outdoors can have a profound impact on mental and physical health by helping to relieve stress, decrease anxiety levels and feelings of anger. By providing these opportunities to our Minnesota Heroes our mission is to alleviate some of those pressures they feel due to PTSD, Anxiety, and Social awkwardness, etc.
