Victim Services Wellington believes every victim has the right to heal from a crime or tragic circumstance. Our services create opportunities to heal, foster hope, and to promote a safer and healthier community. Vsw provides support, referrals, safety planning, advocacy and education services that are designed with a victim centered approach
