Dear Local Business Owner,
We are writing to you on behalf of the Hexter Elementary School PTA to request a donation of a service or an
item for our Spring Silent Auction. The event will be held in person on Saturday, February 26, 2022. This is
one of our PTA’s primary fundraisers for 2022. Money raised at this event helps to fund a variety of needs at
our Pk-5th Grade Elementary School, serving approximately 500 students, to include technology, literacy,
special campus projects, and additional classroom needs that District and State funding alone cannot provide.
We would greatly appreciate any donation that you can offer. We welcome creativity as well, meaning that if
you’d like to donate time in the form of a class, consultation, service, etc. we would be excited to add this to our
auction. In acknowledgement of your generosity, our Silent Auction Committee will recognize your
contribution on all advertising platforms utilized to communicate with our Hexter families and neighbors, to
include our physical event flyer, Social Media posts, internal Hexter Fresh Schools App communications, and
prominent signage and acknowledgement displayed the evening of our Silent Auction event.
Your support brings music, movement, art,literacy, and joy to our Hexter students. In return, we believe your
donation can dually bless your business via community exposure and advertising. We are requesting donations be turned in on or before Friday, January 28, 2022. You can contact us through email or phone, and we will happily come by to collect donated items.
Hexter Elementary PTA is a 501c3. All donations are tax deductible. Our tax ID number is 75-2137028.
