The purpose of the Victoria ISD Education Foundation (VEF) is to generate financial support for educational programs that are not available through the operating budget of the Victoria Independent School District. Programs administered by VEF are made possible through donations, in-kind contributions, grant writing opportunities, and fundraising events. We invest funds for enriched teaching, inspired learning, and enhanced opportunities for Victoria public school students to become contributing members of society. Funding priorities include our Grants for the Great Ideas Program, Dual Enrollment Program, and Scholarship Awards Program.
