Incorporated in 1970, Visions and Pathways (formerly Somerset Home for Temporaily Displaced Children) was New Jersey's first private 501(c)3 non-profit youth sehlt. Since inception, we have helped over 10,000 youth througout NJ.
It is our core mission is to provide abused, neglected, homeless and runaway youth with housing, a stable environment and supportive services that help them become self-sufficient. When there is nowhere else to turn, we give our youth a home and a hopeful future.
In addition to our group homes, we operate Street Smart, a street outreach program to help keep youth ages 13 to 21, off the street, prevent exploittion of high-risk youth, combat human trafficking and stop the opiod epidemic. Services include food and clothing, job and educational counseling, HIV/AIDS information and access to crisi-intervention or transitional living programs.
