Visiting Nurse Association of Northern New Jersey (VNA) has devoted more than a century to delivering home health services to residents of Morris, Hunterdon, Sussex, and Warren counties and neighboring communities who want to return home safely following hospitalization or need a helping hand to remain in the comfort of home due to an illness, disability, or advanced age. It is VNA’s mission to help people stay in their home with dignity, health, and independence.
VNA’s vision is to be the leading provider of exceptional quality and patient-centered home care in the communities we serve for another century.
