Vital Access Care Foundation (VACF)'s mission is to improve the health and well-being of the community through education, research, advocacy, and service. Our vision is a healthy and happy community where everyone has access to fair and just opportunites to thrive. Started as Vietnamese American Cancer Foundation in 2002 to address the cancer care need in the Vietnamese American population, VACF has grown to improve access to care for all community members regardless of age, gender, and ethnicities. We still have a long way yp gp to achieve our mission and vision. Therefore, VACF continues to develop new programs and expand current programs and services to underserved community as well.
