VOBG Cars/Voices of Black Grandmothers is a community of women that share information, experiences and celebrate the joys of being a grandparent in today's tech-savvy world. We empower women to build strong legacies through education and awareness that elevates them to a center of power, value and influence.
We do this by offering an Annual Empowerment Conference and Gala, Celebrating National Black Grandmothers Day every February, which will be held at the Fabulous Sable Hotel at Navy Pier. We have a Sisterhood Annual Membership, a Monthly Empowerment group meeting, Group Facilitator Training and on our way to establish a Grandparent Legacy Academy.
