The Volunteer Services Council (VSC) of San Angelo State Supported Living Center exists to provide goods, services and personal attention for residents beyond teh care and treatedment provided by the state. The San Angelo State Supported Living Center houses 173 residents with intellectual, mental, and physical disabilities. Many of our residents come with only the clothes they are wearing. The VSC has a clothing room where residents can get clothing. We also purchase holiday gifts for each resident. Many do not have contact with their families, and this mean salot to them. we currently spend &50,00 a year on our prgrams.
