About the Nonprofit
Visit Our Website The Volunteers In Medicine (VIM) is a nonprofit medical clinic providing FREE medical services to low-income, underserved adults who are 18 years or older, work and live in Lane County and are between 85% and 300% of the federal poverty level. VIM also serves Oregon Health Plan patients not yet assigned to a provider, insured patients with a high deductible ($2,500 and above) and patients who do not qualify for state funded healthcare. Because of our generous community, VIM Provides necessary medical services, at no cost, to thousands of individuals who have nowhere else to turn.
The financial support generated by our two fund-raising events support dedicated physicians and staff who donate their time to provide free medical services to patients in a friendly and private environment.
