Mission: To provide services and supports to meet the level of care and to ensure anyone with a developmental/intellectual disability within Warren County lives an independent inclusive, and meaningful life.
Warren County Pathfinders is a non-profit agency that provides support, programs, and services to individuals with developmental disabilities who reside in and around Warren County, MO. Since opening our doors in 1986, we have evolved to include multiple programs and services that include: Adult Day Program (Community-based habilitation for adults), Residential Services (Individualized Supported Living, In-Home Services, Shared Living, Host Home, and RN Oversight), Social/Recreation Program (Special Olympics, Discovery Plus, Stars Plus, Camp We Can, Leadership Retreat), Supported Employment Services and Transportation Services. Three additional programs are in the planning stages-Health, a Wellness Program and Behavior Support Services.
