The Waterville Community Elementary School PTO is a nonprofit parent teacher organization whose mission is to build and sustain a close relationship between teachers, parents, and students. We will succeed by creating opportunities within the home, school, and the community. We pledge to do all that we can to promote a safe and friendly environment for the children to flourish.
We believe that all children should have the same opportunities regardless of their circumstances. Every child is equally important and it is our purpose to provide them with the tools they need to triumph. We work diligently raising funds to make our mission a reality.
