West Modesto Community Collaborative is a diverse organization dedicated to supporting the well-being of families in Stanislaus County. Our services encompass mental health support, child development programs tailored for pregnant mothers and families with young children, comprehensive navigation services to connect families with necessary resources, and health education regarding tobacco prevention and other public health issues. We also engage in outreach efforts to raise awareness about worker's rights, ITIN assistance, extreme heat safety, and water conservation. In addition, we offer an engaging youth program and engage in advocacy efforts aimed at promoting equity and tackling economic and social disparities within the community. By addressing a wide array of needs, WMCC strives to foster a healthier, more resilient community.
