On Saturday May 30th, 2020, West Rouge Public School will be hosting its annual community Fun Fair. We are calling upon local businesses such as yours to kindly please donate goods or services for our Silent Auction.
Our Fun Fair has been a community event for over 40 years and is the primary fundraising event for the students of West Rouge. All the money raised will be used to enrich the educational experiences of our students by supplementing literacy initiatives, assisting school plays, and supporting special events and activities within the school.
To make our Fun Fair a success, we are looking for donations from neighbourhood businesses and organizations such as yours in any of the following ways:
1. Donating merchandise, promotional items or sample products.
2. Donating gift certificates, gift cards or passes to our silent auction (a perennial favourite).
This event typically attracts more than 1,000 community members.
All donations will be listed with full recognition of the donating company, organization or individuals on our website and on our social media outlets and in our auction booklet. Additionally, if you would like to include your business cards, pamphlets or discount vouchers, there is opportunity for that as well.
