This letter is on behalf of the young men and women of the West Springfield High School Crew Team. Although they proudly represent their school both on and off the water, they are not financially supported by their school as they are a club team. As a club team they must generate their own funding for all operating expenses to include paying the coaches, purchasing and maintaining racing equipment, and paying regatta fees.
At this time, we are planning our biggest fundraiser, Spartan Crew Bingo! At this event, we will offer over 20 prize packages filled with donated items to approximately 400 guests to include family, friends, and community members. Any donation you can make will be tastefully placed in a themed package with the like items and/or raffled off.
Please take a moment to consider what you can contribute in the form of gift certificates, experiences, products or services. We list all contributors in our bingo program and also announce them during the event to give free publicity to hundreds in the local community.
We are a non-profit, tax exempt organization (FEIN # 52-1596005) and all donations are tax deductible. Our event is scheduled for March 8, 2020. We would appreciate any donations be received by February 23, 2020.
